Examples include an enquiry triage flow that reads incoming emails and web forms, sorts them by service and urgency and drafts a reply for review; a document workflow that pulls key figures out of invoices and receipts into a spreadsheet; and a meeting assistant that turns call notes into a summary, actions and a follow-up email.
