How do you use AI?
We use AI tools in our design and development work, and we check everything by hand. That helps us keep prices down. We can also add AI features to your site where they genuinely help, such as automatically sorting enquiries or answering common questions.
Will AI make decisions on its own?
No. Everything we build is human-in-the-loop (HITL): the AI drafts, sorts and suggests, and a person on your team checks and approves anything important before it goes out, such as replies to customers, prices or bookings.
Is my data safe if you use AI?
We don't put your customers' personal data into AI tools without your agreement, and we'll explain exactly which tools we use.
What kind of tasks can AI automate for my business?
Usually the repetitive ones: sorting and replying to enquiries, answering common questions on your website, pulling details out of documents and emails, and moving information between your tools. In the free review we'll point out what could be automated for you.
Will AI replace my staff or talk to my customers without checking?
No. We design automations to take the boring work off your team, with a person checking anything important before it goes to a customer.
Do I need to change the tools I already use?
Usually not. We connect AI to the tools you already have, such as your email, website forms, CRM or spreadsheets.
How long does an automation take to set up?
AI enquiry handling is usually live within three weeks of your go-ahead, and Full AI Intake within four to six. You get a written timeline with your fixed quote, and the work happens alongside your current setup, so nothing stops while we build.
How soon will I see results?
Usually from the first week it's live: enquiries arrive sorted with the details you need, and common questions get answered without your team. We send a weekly summary of what was handled, so you can see the numbers for yourself.
Where does my data go, and which AI providers do you use?
Your data stays in the tools you already use. The AI only sees what it needs for each task, and we tell you in writing which providers we use, where they process data and for how long it's kept. CôTEDESIGNS is a Spanish company, so GDPR applies to everything we build.
What happens if the AI gets something wrong?
Nothing reaches a customer without a person on your team approving it, so a wrong draft is a draft you don't send. Your first month includes monitoring and tuning: we review what the AI sorted and drafted, fix the misses, and adjust the rules until it's right.
What does the monthly fee cover?
The monthly fee covers the AI usage, hosting of the assistant, monitoring, and small adjustments as your services or prices change. Everything we build for you is yours once it's paid for.
Why not an off-the-shelf chatbot, or someone in-house?
A plug-in chatbot answers from a script and doesn't know your services, your prices or where each enquiry should go. Hiring in-house for a few hours of automation work a month rarely adds up. We build to your workflow, hand it over documented, and stay available for a fixed monthly fee.
